Where might we begin?
With whatever feels important to you.

Something you're noticing about yourself - your strengths, needs, values or patterns.
A question about what really matters to you.

A change you're considering or navigating - in work, relationships, roles or life.
Something you want more - or less - of.

A part of life that doesn't quite feel right for you.
Or simply, a sense that something needs to shift.
There is no right place to begin.
A conversation with space to think.
There is no script and no set path to follow.
You bring what matters,
and the conversation unfolds from there.

My role isn't to provide the answers, but to listen, notice, ask questions and create space for your own thinking.
What working together looks like.
I offer personalised coaching for adults, with each conversation shaped by you and what feels important to explore.
SPACE
Time to think, reflect and explore.
CURIOSITY
Looking a little more closely.
POSSIBILITY
A conversation without pressure to have the answer, where there is space to notice what matters.
Exploring your thoughts, patterns, strengths and experiences with curiosity rather than judgement.
Discovering what feels right for you.
Opening up different perspectives and possibilities, with you choosing what feels right to take forward.
You set the direction. I bring the space, curiosity and experience to explore it with you.
Perhaps we start here.
You can begin with a conversation, a single coaching session, or continue over time. There is no commitment to a particular number of sessions.
A FIRST CONVERSATION

30 minutes · online
A chance to meet, ask questions and see whether working together feels right.
A COACHING SESSION
60 minutes · online · £90
A one-to-one coaching conversation, focused on whatever you choose to bring.
CONTINUING THE CONVERSATION
Further sessions · as and when useful
There’s no set number of sessions. We continue in the way that feels right for you.
A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF YOU
attention · energy · sensory needs · executive functioning · routines · environment · roles · strengths
A more focused exploration of you - how you experience everyday life, what you notice about yourself, and what greater understanding might open up.
Drawing on my clinical experience as an occupational therapist, alongside specialist knowledge of sensory processing, executive functioning and ADHD, we can explore your experiences, patterns, strengths and needs through a more focused lens.
This isn't a prescribed assessment or programme, but an opportunity to explore your experiences in greater depth - particularly if you're neurodivergent, exploring neurodivergence, or simply curious to understand yourself more deeply.
