Feeling stuck, even though life might look fine from the outside.
At a point of change, but unsure what you want next.
Wanting to understand yourself - your strengths, patterns, needs and what matters to you.
Sensing that the way you're living doesn't quite fit who you are anymore.
Perhaps you're...

You don't need to know the answer. Sometimes understanding yourself is where change begins.

More than moving forward.
Coaching is often associated with goals, action and moving forward. But sometimes, before deciding where you want to go, it helps to understand where you are and who you are.
Meaningful change starts with understanding yourself.
My approach is shaped by coaching and over 16 years of experience as an occupational therapist. Together, these bring a whole-person perspective - considering not only your thoughts and choices, but your roles, routines, relationships, environment and the things that matter to you.
That perspective shapes the way I listen, the questions I ask and the curiosity I bring - while you remain the expert in your own life.

A little about me.

I'm Rebecca, an occupational therapist and coach with over 16 years' experience working alongside people through different stages, challenges and changes in their lives.
My professional background has taught me to look beyond what might be happening on the surface and remain curious about the whole person - their strengths, needs, roles, routines, relationships, environment and the things that matter to them.
Coaching brings something different: the space to step away from being the expert and instead work alongside someone as they develop their own understanding, explore possibilities and make choices about what comes next.
Being & Becoming reflects the perspective I bring to coaching.
Thinking about coaching?
A few things you might want to know before deciding whether coaching feels right for you.
Absolutely not. You might come with a clear question or goal, or simply a sense that something doesn't quite feel right. We can start wherever you are, exploring what feels important and allowing greater understanding and clarity to emerge through the conversation.
We might explore what matters to you, how life feels at the moment, or something you would like to understand or change. This could include your values, strengths and needs; the roles and relationships in your life; how you think and process; your routines and environment; or a change you are navigating.
There doesn't need to be a problem to solve. Sometimes the starting point is simply wanting to understand yourself, or your life, a little better.
There isn't a set agenda or programme to work through. You bring whatever feels important, and we explore it together. I'll listen, ask questions, reflect back what I'm noticing and sometimes offer observations that might help you see things differently.
You decide where the conversation goes. Sometimes that may lead to action; sometimes a deeper understanding of yourself is enough for now.
There is no set number of sessions. Some people come for a few sessions to explore something specific, while others choose to work together over a longer period.
We can agree what feels right for you at the beginning and review this as we go. There is no expectation to commit to a particular number of sessions.
A 60-minute coaching session is £90.
There is no set number of sessions - we can continue for as long as coaching feels useful to you. Our initial 30-minute conversation is complimentary.

Perhaps we start with a conversation.
You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for. If you're curious, have a question, or simply want to see whether working together is right for you, you're welcome to get in touch.
We can start from there.
